Refund Policy

Because Page & Order products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or accessed. Digital products cannot be physically returned.

However, we want you to receive what you purchased. If you experience a technical problem with your download, receive the wrong file, are charged incorrectly, or have another issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll work to resolve it.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis when appropriate.

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Digital Products

All products sold by Page & Order are digital unless explicitly stated otherwise. No physical item will be shipped.

Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Changing your mind after purchase
• Purchasing the wrong product
• Not using or needing the product
• Compatibility issues that were clearly disclosed before purchase

If a file is defective, corrupted, missing, or otherwise inaccessible, please contact us so we can provide a working copy or another appropriate resolution.
